Description
The bougainvillea is one of my favorite tropical flower. Once cut from the mother plant, it does not have long life. I try to painting it in it's fleeting moment with a watercolor rendering.

Mafalda, I first fell in love with bougainvillea and Morning Glory in Bermuda ...the explosion of Colour from these sometimes invasive beauties always took my breath away!...so many delicately petaled flowers do not survive long when cut. I appreciate your capture of her ephemera...that is how I feel about my beloved irises. And so, ...v...best to you. L/F
